Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access or use TempoJam. The service is currently being prepared for beta use and may change as testing continues.

Accounts and roles

Provide accurate account information, select the correct role, and protect access to your signed-in account. Do not attempt to access another person’s or school’s information.

Acceptable use

Use TempoJam for lawful music education and collaboration. Do not upload harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content, and do not interfere with the service or other users.

Your content

You retain responsibility for recordings, messages, photos, videos, files, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use and share that content with the intended recipients.

Teacher and school responsibilities

Teachers and schools are responsible for their lesson arrangements, student permissions, educational decisions, safeguarding practices, and any required parent or guardian consent.

Beta availability

During beta testing, features may be changed, interrupted, or removed. Keep independent copies of important recordings and learning materials.

Ending use

You may stop using TempoJam at any time and may request deletion of your account data. Access may be limited when these terms are violated or when required to protect users and the service.
